Delivery Policy

Australia

We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia.  Once orders are received they will be dispatched within 2 business days and are delivered to your door for a small freight charge of $4.99.  With the use of Australia Post, it means that your order will be delivered within 2 - 7 business days depending on your location.

International

Currently shipping internationally from our online shop is not available, however we would be happy to provide a freight quotation for your specific location. Please contact us directly so we may assist you at info@sumichevoo.com.au

Refund Policy

Products purchased from our website which do not conform to specification or are defective will be refunded or replaced, provided such goods are returned together with relevant invoice to Sumich within ten (10) business days from the date of receiving the goods.
